2012
02/01/12 – Chest x-ray (abnormal nodule found on right lung, missed on previous x-ray, it was hidden behind a rib and the radiologist didn’t see it)
02/17/12 – PET Scan done (no uptake, nodule not consistent with cancer, wait and see approach suggested)
03/26/12 – Family Dr. appt., scheduled colonoscopy due to symptoms
04/23/12 – Colonoscopy, disgnosis of colorectal cancer
05/06/12 – MRI of brain done (follow-up on TT cancer, all clear)
05/11/12 – Colon resection surgery
05/16/12 – CT Scan of lungs (follow-up on lung nodule, grown from 12 to 14mm, either biopsy or surgery recommended, likely cancer)
06/01/12 – Lung resection surgery done with da vinci robotics (metastasis of colorectal cancer into lung confirmed)
06/12/12 – First visit with Dr. Fakih at UMHS (changed doctors from BCHC to UMHS)
06/21/12 – FOLFOX / Oxciliplatin chemo begins, treatment 1 of 12
10/01/12 – chest and abdomen CT Scan (small nodule found)
11/12/12 – chest CT scan follow-up (nodule gone, likely inflamation)
11/29/12 – first visit with Dr. Kraus at UMHS (Dr. Fakih relocated)
12/13/12 – scheduled chemo canceled due to rising CEA levels, Dr. decided to search for metastasis cancer.
12/30/12 – chest and abdomen CT Scan
2013
01/03/13 – results of 12/30 CT Scan reviewed (all clear)
01/07/13 – Colonoscopy (all clear)
01/15/13 – PET scan and MRI of liver
01/17/13 – Results reviewed (tumors found in liver on MRI scan and possible tumor found on outside of colon from PET scan/uptake)
01/24/13 – UMHS Tumor Board Review (tumors not operable – too many in different locations of liver, recommend chemo to shrink and assess surgery in the future)
01/31/13 – FOLFIRI / Erbitux chemo begins (treatment 1 of 4, then more scans)
02/14/13 – FOLFIRI / Erbitux Treatment 2 (Erbitux was not given due to rash)
02/28/13 – FOLFIRI / Erbitux Treatment 3 (50% Erbitux dose)
03/14/13 – FOLFIRI / Erbitux Treatment 4

2014
1/2/14 – CEA Test of 3.0, Scans Scheduled for 1/24, cleared to go back to work
1/24/14 – CT, MRI Scans, Testicular US follow-up
1/30/14 – Scan and US Results, CEA Test 12.0, tumor on liver per MRI
2/7/14 – Liver resection surgery (second liver resection)
2/13/14 – Return home from the hospital
2/24/14 – begin part time work from home
2/26/14 – follow-up appt. with Dr. Knol, CEA Test of 1.0
2/27/14 – begin work in office
